Micah Kaufman is an experienced Hospitalitarian and Creator with a Master’s Degree in Gastronomy from Boston University. As a Chef and Restaurant Operator, Micah has traveled internationally, serving England, India and across the United States. Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Micah seeks to affect positive change by enriching the communal experience of those around him, through food, photography and exploration.

As an FAA Licensed and Insured Drone Pilot, Micah enjoys exploring the Natural Beauty of Northern California and providing a fresh perspective on familiar territory.
